The Blackroll “Med”: for effective self-massage
With the Blackroll “Med” you not only improve your circulation, you also relieve agglutinated connective tissues and muscle problems. Through self-massage the core muscles can be strengthened and stabilised. The Blackroll roll is made from EPP, is free from chemical blowing agents and is 100% recylable. Thanks to its high-quality the Blackroll is very robust, light and easy to clean. The roll is water-insoluble and can therefore be easily disinfected after use.

Blackroll “Med” (approx. 30×15 cm):
The Blackroll “Med” is 20% softer than a standard roll. Designed with beginners in mind, the soft roll can be used for all possible applications. Incl. exercise card and exercise DVD.

Blackroll “Med 45” (approx. 45×15 cm):
MED hardness, longer version. Incl. DVD and exercise card.
