Blackroll “Standard” (approx. 30×15 cm):
This Blackroll is the standard version of these massage rollers. It has an average density and is suitable for all uses. Whether on the table, floor or against the wall: like all Blackrolls, it provides the proven massage effect. Incl. exercise card and exercise DVD.

Blackroll “Standard 45” (approx. 45×15 cm):
Standard and med density respectively, longer design. Incl. DVD and exercise card.
