The Bosu “Home” balance trainer brings functional training to your living room. The compact piece of training equipment has the same characteristics as the “Pro” balance trainer. It can be used on both sides, is 22 cm high when inflated and can support a body weight of up to approximately 130 kg. The underside of the “Home” balance trainer features two recessed hand moulds. A foot pump is include for inflating the trainer. To ensure beginners can also get the most out of their workouts safely, 2 workout DVDs as well as exercise instructions are also included.
