Pedalo “Core Trainer Adapter”: increase the challenge
Simply attach the Pedalo “Core Trainer Adapter” to your Pedalo “Core Trainer” using the magnetic click system. The adapter lifts the two guide wheels of the original piece slightly off the floor so that the central wheel of the adapter carries the load. This creates a new challenge because the Pedalo “Core Trainer” can now tilt slightly to each side until the guide wheels reach the floor. This requires more stability, coordination and reaction from the user and places greater demands on the lateral stream muscles.
