Three different sizes for the widest range of uses: the fascia roller
Fascia roller, ø 5 cm: This size of roller is ideal for use on the sole of the foot as well as the underarm and legs. With a weight of only 0.03 kg, the fasciae roller is small, light and compact. The fascia roller can be used for exercises in rehabilitation, prevention or even in fitness.
Fascia roller, ø 9.5 cm: For the treatment of pain points (also trigger points) through self-massage. The 0.05-kg fascia roller has an even degree of hardness and an ideal diameter. The roller is particularly suitable for strengthening and improving movement. Other uses include the training of sensorimotor function, physiotherapy or competitive sport.
Fascia roller, ø 14.5 cm: This roller is perfectly suited to beginners and stands out particularly when used for fascia and sensorimotor function training. With a weight of approx. 0.18 kg and a length of roughly 40 cm, it is the ideal piece of equipment for self-massage as well as use in club and school sport. The roller is available in blue or black. The black roller is 15% firmer than the blue version, enabling more intensive training.
