The Sport-Thieme plate-loaded 45-degree “OV” leg press is a highly effective piece of training equipment to work your leg and glute muscles, thanks to the 45-degree incline of the backrest as well as the weight pegs for loading individual weight plates. The incline of the backrest can be quickly adjusted using a knob, making it easy to vary your fitness training. When not in use, the weight plates can be stored on the 50-mm-diameter weight peg located at the front of the leg press. The footplate is textured, providing you with extra grip and ensuring you don’t slip during your workout.
