The Sport-Thieme acupressure set includes a mat and a pillow. Lying on the round, skin-friendly plastic pads with their fine spikes acts on your acupressure points, boosting blood flow and reducing pain and tension.

Easy care
Both components in this set, the acupressure mat and the acupressure pillow, have a foam core. Their cotton cover features plastic pads with fine spikes. To clean the equipment, just undo the hook-and-loop straps, remove the cover, and wash it on a hand wash cycle (delicates) at 30°C.
