The Sport-Thieme rubber bands – for strengthening and stretching exercises
The Sport-Thieme rubber bands come in sets of 10. The small, effective training aid is therefore ideal for larger sports groups. They are also perfect for carrying out strengthening and stretching exercises. They come with a poster that explains 12 exercises in detail. Please ensure that you avoid damaging the rubber band on rough fabrics.
The rubber bands are available in 3 strengths:
Green = low: length approx. 29 cm, width approx. 2 cm, 1.3 mm thick
Pink = medium, length approx. 27.5 cm, width approx. 2.5 cm, 1.4 mm thick
Purple = high: length approx. 26.5 cm, width approx. 3 cm, 1.5 mm thick
