Togu® Actiball® Grip

Togu Actiball Grip: the fascia trainer with a pimpled surface
The Togu Actiball Grip is air-filled and especially suitable for self-massage. By using your own body weight, tense muscles can be treated effectively. The pimples on the surface create a more intensive massage, which improves blood circulation. The Actiball is UV- and heat-resistant (but should not be exposed to direct sunlight). A mild detergent or disinfectant is recommended for cleaning the fascia trainer. Due to its small size, it fits easily into any bag and can be used anywhere and any time. Recessed grips allow for a firm hold during treatment.
